Be it running mechanics, running drills plyometrics, or strength training. This is your one stop shop to build the best athletic version of yourself.
You could be a long or middle distance runner or sprinter. You could be someone who just loves the pure joy of running.
This training ensures that you will walk away with the best running form and technique if you stay consistent and committed. Not only will you move efficiently but also learn how to run efficiently.

Speed Squad 3.0
Speed Squad is a unique, high-performance training program that brings together the best of speed development, technique, biomechanics, and strength endurance.
Designed for runners and athletes who are ready to test their progress and push beyond their limits, this 7-day camp is built to challenge you, educate you, and elevate your performance.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a more efficient, aware, and technically sound runner—on and off the track.
We welcome runners of all levels. However, if you’re an absolute beginner, be prepared—some sessions will challenge you. That’s where growth happens.
