
The Athletics Lab is Mumbai’s first adult athletics class where runner’s come to rebuild their basic speed through the right kind of sport specific training. Be it running mechanics, running drills plyometrics, or strength training. This is your one stop shop to build the best athletic version of yourself.
You could be a long or middle distance runner or sprinter. You could be someone who just loves the pure joy of running.
This training ensures that you will walk away with the best running form and technique if you stay consistent and committed. Not only will you move efficiently but also learn how to run efficiently.

Wednesday / Friday – South Bombay (PDP track / Hanging garden Hills & steps / Oval maidan / Chowpatty beach)
Timings – 7:00-8:00am
Tuesday / Thursday – Bandra. (Wings / Kane Road hill / Mount Mary steps / Bandra fort)
Timing – 6:30-7:30am
